This b*tch has zero qualifications to sit in the U.S. House of Representatives. She was elected because … she is an arrogant, bigoted white supremacist who promised to infringe on the rights of the rest of us, those of us who are not white Christian males. Fortunately, after much angry backlash from both Democrats and Republicans, she scrapped her plan for the “America First” caucus … for now … saying that she didn’t read the document well. Bullshit, of course, and she will somehow find another way to promote her ugly racist views.
It blows my mind! In Canada, “America First” utterances would be considered hate speech. Sheesh! I’m talking absolutely unimaginable for any Canadian politician to publicly express similar sentiment, let alone seek election or remain in office after doing so. Taylor Greene and her kind are no better than domestic terrorists.
If I’m not mistaken, Taylor Greene was uncontested in her district, the Democrat candidate dropped out before the election. Before entering politics, with her husband they purchased the family construction company, Taylor something or other construction, Marjorie played a key role. Then she fancied herself a Cross Fit gym mogul, her husband stayed with the construction business. One of her first acts in congress was voting against COVID relief funding, then Taylor construction received just shy of $200,000 “emergency” government aide to “save” 12 jobs. What a crock! I’m disgusted.

In my mind, “America First” IS hate speech … it is basically a philosophy by some that people in this nation are somehow superior to others, which is complete bullshit. But, that is the mentality the former guy promoted, and some are just ignorant enough to buy into it.
You are correct, Greene ran virtually unopposed in 2020 for her democratic opponent, Kevin Van Ausdal dropped out prior to the election. I wasn’t aware of her family’s construction business, though I knew she owned a gym. Ahhhhh … I’ll have to dig into her company receiving emergency government aide … and to save only 12 jobs??? Indeed, what a crock! She is a nasty piece of work, with not a single thing that would qualify her for a seat in Congress. Let’s hope the people of her district wake up before November 2022!!!
